Yes it does. It works. It numbs the anus. I've read from a lot of places that it could be dangerous to use because you could not feel the "pain" etc.
We both agreed that it was not numbing enough to prevent every feeling. You still have a certain amount of feeling; someone would probably feel the pain: if any pain should occur. It does not remove every feeling. just to be clear. ;)
