I was diagnosed 5 years ago with Multiple Schlerosis and in the last 2 years I have been having difficulties having an orgasms and getting aroused. So I use this thing a lot... ever since I bought it. Once a day sometimes more. I use it both for my back with the heating which is fantastic. And for playing and it gets me to orgasm very quickly. Unfortunately, on occasion there is this circular metal thing inside that sometimes comes off the piston and I have to unscrew it and put it back on which can be a bit of a pain while in the middle of business. But otherwise, I love this thing and is my favourite toy.
