They have a g-spot attachment for sale and I bought it but I dont use it for internal stim very much. If you enjoy deep, teeth rattling vibrations this is the tool for you. My wife is typically a more is better girl but couldn't get past the middle setting without squirming away. The controls work well, although I do wish you could slow it back down without cycling through the 6 functions or turning it off then back on. A minor annoyance. It isn't loud, but not silent either.
