I had tried a few prostate massagers and none of them really seemed to do anything for me. I liked how this one felt and the vibrations were an added pleasure but I never came close to the super O that everyone talked about. I was going to give up but decided to try one more time. Bottom line, give it time and you will be amazed. I give it 4 stars because it takes time to make it work for you.
