I was expecting it to be fuzzy like a traditional throw blanket. It actually is a little bit stiffer and feels a little more like velvet, but it is suuuper soft and comfy. Discreet. There are no markings or labels on it suggesting that its a sex blanket. It definitely does what its supposed to and its big enough to cover the bed, or couch or any other surface where it may be convenient ;) Over all its a good idea and I'm very happy that I bought it!
