I like this product a lot. It is wider than some and the vibrations are great. Only thing is that I might like to wear it out and it does not work well that way. The neck is not thin enough to stay in, so it starts to slide out. I have worn it to bed, only to have it lull me to sleep. Still vibrating in the morning! Yum!
