Inside the Set, you'll find two jiggly, 24g weights and two silky silicone holders - a single and a double. Regardless of which holder you choose to use, the Love Balls pop into place easily and comfortably with the help of a little water based lube. Once in position, the subtle weightiness requires flexing of your pelvic floor muscles to keep them in. That flex effect tones and strengthens those muscles over time, making for a tighter grip and more pelvic control overall.
Toning and tightening aside, the Love Balls feel great, they bounce and roll along with movement for a deeply stimulating effect. Fun fact: they can have a lubricating effect, too!
In high quality silicone, the Love Balls are completely body safe and extra easy to clean and maintain. Before and after use, wash them well with lots of warm soapy water, or use a favorite toy care fluid/foam. The Love Balls can be safely used with any great quality water based lube, but please keep them away from silicone based lubes and other silicone toys.
