I like the feel of both the handle and the fringe, very soft. My friend and I checked it out and both really liked it. I too did not notice a chemical smell to it either. Really liked it!

This is my first flogger, light and it s not as scary as I thought. Keep in mind you do need to air it out once you get it.

Good for light impact play, and does deliver a nice sting if a bit more of a vigorous application. Works well for teasing and ticking as well. Small enough to be used otk. Not bad for the price. A bit smaller than expected though.
