HI, so this was my first purchase, and so far the most effective. I have a level of ED after radiation and emergency surgery around my pelvic area. Sex is hit or miss, and I usually don't get fully hard. For me, Cialis has been helpful....but honestly, this thing has been great. I've found that what my member needs is just the constant pumping for 15-20 minutes to bring me to orgasm. Even though I can't fully feel the same way I used to and don't get fully hard...it manages to bring me to orgasm....so here I am, leaving a review. I'm hoping i can be helpful to other men dealing with a certain level of ED. It's a big deal, so I appreciate it!

Amazing product. Must use a lot of lube or you will be sore. Holding it down firmly will also make you sore.. Very easy to clean. Noisey. If you find the right angle to support it and leave it it will go nicely up and down almoast like a blowjob. Regret not buying years ago.

Wasn t sure how to use this, would be nice to at least an instructions sheet unless mine didn t come with it. Performance shines when taking a hot bath, not so much in the shower (again I m probably using it wrong or that my tool is too small 4-5 in.). Quality is fantastic and the multiple controls makes for a versatile experience. Can be noisy but hey it s a mechanical doodad. ????????

I was skeptical but this thing is pretty great. The variable speed and vibration is really easy to use. In the tub or in bed it gets the job done. It's discreet as far as appearance. My gf asked if it was a Dyson hairdryer lol. My only complaint is that it's noisey, but what do you expect when you have a mechanical jerk off machine.

I ve tried a few different stroker toys, and this one is the best of the bunch. It was a little awkward at first. The handle could use being curved, but other than that, it was great. It s a plastic casing, but doesn t feel cheap. Well worth picking up. I m finding it s helping train myself to last longer as well with the gf, helping with sensitivity and endurance

This is thing is great in the shower or tub.. or hot tub.. awesome. Twice this thing brought me to heaven within 15 minutes. Great sensation when the water starts to pump through. Not like anything i'd ever experienced before! You wont want to take it off but you should eventually. :)
