Operation is impressively simple, the unit comes fully assembled, you'll just need to adjust it for a perfect fit. First, place the base around the penis and position against the body. You'll then slide the head piece over the extension rods, and loop the flexible rubber hosing about the head of the penis, tightening securely and comfortably before pushing the remaining ends though the slots in the housing. Next, adjust the extension rods by turning the grooved ends of the rods, stop when an optimal level of tension if reached. You should feel a bit of a pull, but nothing painful.
