I wish the nozzle was more "misty" because I have a gag reflex like no other and the spray hitting my throat makes me gag lol. But after that part it's game on and I can do things I can't without it.

The taste is a bit like Halls (cough drop, if you're canadian you know the taste) but once the flavor leaves you get a good tingly numbing at the back of the throat which is good if your gag reflex is normally set off easily like mine. Would recommend if you want to practice your head game! 10/10 ????
