Torque factor is perfect. Firm hold is entirely adjustable. Best pair I have owned and ringing the bell is an awesome bonus!!

theses clips are really cute and I love that they have bells! they're really comfy and adjustable, if you want something that isn't too painful these are good. I love these, they got here really fast.
