This toy is basically the width of a soda can if that helps put things into focus. It definently was a challenge to finally get it in, but not an impossible one that requires practice every other day for months. Its a great motivator for anyone who wants to go big one day but is nervous, and its a great stopping point for anyone who just likes to feel full but not too full. A solid middle ground. My only complaint that I have, is the outside rubber becomes unglued from the solid center piece after a few uses. Do Johnson makes another version of this same exact plug, but it is silicon. THAT is a 5 star plug, and its not too much more expensive. Plus it'll last you longer. Worth it either way though. 5 star if not for the glue problem
