The plastic is of good quality; the product comes apart easily, the plastic threads line up for attachment (easy), the sleeve is durable and easy to clean and the charging cord is excellent and a type for easy replacement if it falls apart or gets lost. When using be sure to use plenty of lube, for you to get the best benefit. I would only use a water base personal liquid lube. Clean up is more effective and will not gum up the sleeve. After cleaning leave open to dry out so the sleeve doesn t get dark spots. The sex toy industry is a multi-million dollar a year industry. I m all about customer service. I sent a message to this retailer regarding Warranty, type of cord and replacement policy. They never responded. Not surprising. Thus, I wanted to do a review based on the quality of the product.
