I have done Kegel exercises before but this is my first time using weights. It feels amazing and I look forward to seeing the results. I purchased the metal kegal balls before, and they got "lost" at times. Also mine rusted so that turned me off kegal balls. However these are silicone and the varying weights are great to experiment with. The best part is the shape and tail making it easy to insert and take out. Pleasurable as well!
