Comfortable! It also has a lot of options for the sizes which is nice because I was scared it wouldn t fit. The ball is a bit smaller and easy to bend though, other than that it s perfect for beginners :)

This is my first ball gag and my husband and I are thrilled with it. He loves the control ( and loves holding the back of the strap). I love that it's just restrictive enough but not too much to impede any breathing. The strap is easily cleaned with lots of options for a perfect fit!

I love this item so much I was worried my first one would break and I would be without so I bought a second one, I am a beginner with ball gags in general so this one to me is amazing, I can breathe easy, at first my jaw hurt but that went away, it's cute in general but I feel really sexy wearing it, the tightening around the head sits great as well, why not bring it into the toy box? You'll grow to love it

It is good because it is breathable but it is very hard and left in a long time is hard on the jaw. Have had better Gags.

Nice enough gag and would suggest for those getting into one. Breathable Ball perfect and does not obstruct. To improve, I would want to upgrade to a leather strap rather than the leatherette one.

The ball is smaller than I was expecting, and is a little small for me, but still works well. My only complaint is that the breathing holes whistle if you're breathing heavily...... which is not the most sexy thing.

To people who are shy this can look quite intimidating at first, but it's actually very comfortable, easy to adjust straps and doesn't pinch. My husband loves it, he says "Just by having in the bedroom, makes the excitement levels go sky-rocketing"
