Was a bit unsure of how well this item would work on my hairy nipples. For best results make sure the area surrounding the nipple is clean and hair free. I got them to work without shaving my using Vaseline to help create a good seal.

These work probably a little too well, after about half a turn, she said she could feel it - after two turns it started to get painful. The see through case is fun, you can see the nipples getting pulled up. We had a tough time getting a good seal though, eventually I discovered that a little lube around the rim would make it stick a lot better.
