I love the RingO XL cock ring and this one builds on that base. This one is the same great material and quality. ant the thickness of the material means it doesn't pinch. However, I find it easier to use two separate rings than one complete unit like this. It is a bit fiddly to get in place and I find the spot where they join together doesn't sit against me the way I want. All in all a great value for the price though and would recommend buying one to try for yourself.
