Great, chain broke (actually the silicone holding it on) after three uses though . Probably easy to fix.

The product will smell at first, so wash it well and it's fine. Comfortable straps, and better than the ball gag. The plug gets little stuck, but use it often and its not bad. Add a touch of lube for easier quicker plug removal. Love the lip detail, mouth rests well on it . Love, love, LOVE

We just used this over the weekend and we were both pleased with it. Her because it fit my mouth perfectly and me because it was a very comfortable gag. The stopper added a little extra to the experience. when she wanted me quiet the stopper was in, for other fun it was out. The quality is excellent. My only complaint is the way it fastens, the clip you thread the strap through isn't the strongest and I can see it eventually breaking. Other than that its well worth the money and is a good addition to anyone's collection.

I wasn't sure about it at first because of the material and it smelled a bit rubbery coming out of the package but once I washed it and used it I really enjoyed it! Good fit and nice size hole. A bit difficult to do up in the back but well worth it.

Works quite well at keeping the moans muffled.

When unplugged the open mouth gag looks like a nice pair of lips, and definitely a good change of design to the open mouth gag market (compared to just metal or silicone rings)
