This sleeve certainly does what it is supposed to do, and that is to create an effective seal on the vacuum pump. It is very comfortable against the skin.

This is a good replacement sleeve. Thick, comfortable and stretches well over any cylinder.

Don't waste money on any other sleeve. The ones that come with the pumps are not very good and some are horrible. Some will pinch or be painful as you try to pull out. Others may allow you to accidentally suck in a nut... and guys, you do NOT want that experience. Trust me. This one is soft, smooth and a nice thick material that makes a great seal and prevents painful accidents. No matter what pump you have, just buy this. Great seal, smooth entry and exit and feels great. Great value. I've tried the other cheaper options, this is better than all of them. If you buy a pump, buy this or you are unlikely to get results or enjoy your pump.

But the through hole should come in different sizes.

The sleeve donut is very durable. It's not a thing piece of silicone. When you actually use it, you will wonder why you didn't get one before.

Much better quality and far more comfortable than the original included latex sleeve, which broke after a few uses. This donut sleeve is a little bit loose on a 2.5" diameter pump so that certain movements can release the seal, but good value overall.

This donut sleeve should be sold with all the vacuum pumps. It is easy to install on the pump and does it ever fell good. Wow love it. It is thick and the material is oh so soft. What a difference. You will love it too.
